1. All posters, catalogues, and advertising are a guide only. We strive to be accurate and truthful, but please inspect all merchandise before bidding.
2. All bidders must register before bidding.
3. Payment terms: cash, certified cheque, bank draft, approved personal cheques with identification, Interac-Debit, or e-transfer.
4. After an item has been sold it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
5. The description as to condition, year, or otherwise is in no way a warranty or a guarantee actual or implied. Neither the auction company nor the owner are responsible for any errors in description or condition.
6. All sales are final. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser, and no bidder can retract their bid.
7. We ask that all items be removed from the sale site within 7 days of sale. Other arrangements must be made with the owner.
8. Boechler Schira does not extend credit or have the ability to defer payment. Please pay for your items on the day of sale.
9. Boechler Schira Auctioneering will not be responsible for any person or persons being injured on sale site.
10. Boechler Schira Auctioneering is a LIVE AUCTION only company. People may make “proxy” bids in writing only and these bids must be preapproved by the Auction Company. These bids will be available for viewing on sale day after the tem has been sold to any other registered bidder who wishes to inspect for Legitimacy.
